• If you already have a Qualia Connect Login, click here or click the house in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen to generate a net sheet and/or place your title and closing order.
   

• If this is your first time working with South Oak and/or using Qualia Connect, please click here to set up your Qualia Connect login with the email you will be using to communicate with us.
   

• In Qualia Connect, remember to set South Oak as your preferred settlement agency from your user settings.
   

• Once your order is placed, a South Oak representative will contact you for any additional information that may be needed.
